Patient Group
The Practice has a patient group that meets at least twice a year. The objectives of the group are:
- To help the Practice understand the views of the Patients on health related matters.
- To allow the Practice to discuss the information with Patients on the possible impacts of NHS, Primary Care Trust (PCT), Strategic Health Authority (SHA) and GP Led Commissioning (GPLC) strategy.
- To encourage patient involvement in the Practice.

Alternatively, if attending meetings isn't for you why not join our 'virtual' forum where we email the minutes of meetings and any information we are seeking patient views upon. You can respond back in the same way with your views, ideas and suggestions.
We are looking for representation from our entire patient list - all ages, so please get in touch if you would like to help develop the service you are receiving from your GP Practice.
Anyone wishing to join the group, in either format, should contact the practice manager at susan.elsbury@nhs.net
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
